An event that brought the continent under one roof showcasing pride, love, glamour, pomp and pageantry but above all diversity of Africa’s offerings which also indicated that African Tourism Board has been playing pivotal roles in the area of tourism delivering thereby becoming the primus inter pares.

Africa Celebrates 2021 brought together the continent’s foremost executives, captains of industry, policy makers, investors, diplomats, artists, et al, where it was all shared and agreed to explore a full range of emerging opportunities for Africa’s businesses in order to ensure greater economic trade investment ties within the continent and beyond.

The Executive Chairman of Afrcan Tourism Board, Mr. Cuthbert Ncube reiterated the need for a greater synergy as an urgent need to close the gap and usher in unity among member states.

If there was a time for Africa to say we have to showcase the full potentials within our space and bridge that gap that divides us, I think its now. Let us break that barrier and project ourselves in the best ways we can to the world as Africans collectively and not individually”,Ncube said.

He also emphasised roles our spheres of llfe can play especially using music, arts, as unifying factors most importantly, music, which remains the voice of reasoning in rebranding and in telling our stories as we reshape Africa’s true narratives and bringing our people together.

ATB will continue to be that light of tourism in Africa and hopes to sustain this sterling quality by engaging many individuals, organisations and corporate entities in such a manner that will usher in mutual benefits.
