The forthcoming Miss Senegal 2021 which will take place in Dakar, the capital of Senegal will also play host to the most prestigious tourism organization in Africa, African Tourism Board recognising Hon. Hamat Bah, the Minister of Tourism and Culture from The Gambia and Minister of Tourism and Air Transport from Senegal, Hon. Alioune Sarr at the Miss Senegal 2021 grand finale.
The event which will take place on the 13th November is aimed at showcasing beauty pageants from different parts of Senegal who have been through the elimination process for some months now.

This is the kind of working relationship we are clamoring for and we also look forward to the day where we say, it’s time for us as Africans to recognise ourselves while we are still much around. ATB is poised to do much more across Africa in terms of recognizing the truly working ministers of tourism and another opportunity to do so is being seen at the forthcoming Miss Senegal 2021 in Dakar”, said Cuthbert Ncube, Chairman, African Tourism Board.
Also reacting, The Director of Miss Senegal Beauty Pageant, Amb. Amina Badiane expressed her profound gratitude to the Government and the partnership with ATB which she hopes would translate to more fruitfulness.
“I am very appreciative of the government of Senegal, the Minister of Tourism and his advisors and the also leadership of African Tourism Board for their support. I’m looking forward to welcoming you all to Senegal for the grand finale of Miss Senegal 2021 which promises to be a classy event in Africa. We are expecting dignitaries from amp walks of life to grace the event and I’m optimistic they will amp enjoy the best of hospitality of Senegal. “.Badiane expressed.
You will recall that African Tourism Board had a similar award recognition recently at the EAST AFRICAN REGIONAL TOURISM EXPO 2021 where many Eastern and Southern Ministers of Tourism along side President Samia Saluhu Hassan of Tanzania were recognized with Continental Tourism Awards 2021 at Arusha, Tanzania.
It is expected that many past beauty queens from other parts of Africa and the World will converge on Dakar for this pageantry that’s poised to change the face of business of beautification and elegance in Africa.
The Miss Senegal beauty Pageant has been on for more than 50 years in Senegal and it has produced many great individuals that have distinguished themselves in their career all over the world among who is theAmb.
