The much anticipated Goge Africa Tourism Training Programme has been kicked-off in Lagos by Nigeria LNG, the official sponsor and other tourism stakeholders.

The training which was flagged-off yesterday in Lagos had notable personalities in tourism and outside of the sector in attendance.


The team was led by, Eyono Fatayi-Williams – General Manager, External Relations and Sustainable Development and Godson Dienye – Manager, Community Relations and Sustainable Development.

Others are Anne-Marie Palmer-Ikuku –  Head of Media Relations,Yemi Adeyemi – Head, Brand and Events and Gboyega Otolorin – Social Investment Advisor.


Lagos State was ably represented by the new Permanent Secretary for Tourism Arts and Culture, Princess Adedoyin Ajayi, and Deputy Director of Tourism, Mrs Adamma Oni.

Expressing their heartfelt gratitude for the support received from the industry stakeholders at bringing the training to reality and the bright fututre of tourism in Nigeria, Goge Africa founders Nneka and Moses said, “We are grateful for the tremendous support and excited about the future of tourism in Nigeria”

Goge Africa recently made a public announcement for interested applicants to apply for the tourism training through which qualified candidates were selected and currently receiving training.

It is expected that after the completion, trained individuals will form another crop of tourism professionals that will steer the ship of tourism business in Nigeria thereby ensuring a brighter future for the sector.
