Theme: “Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through and Beyond Reparations”
Addis Ababa is set to once again host the world’s largest Pan-African celebration as Africa Celebrates 2025 returns to the African Union’s capital city, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The event promises to be a vibrant convergence of culture, heritage, trade, and innovation, reaffirming Africa’s role as a rising force on the global stage.
Organized by Legendary Gold Limited and its Ethiopian partner Afronova, Africa Celebrates 2025 is delivered in strategic collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and the Embassies of Nigeria, Burundi, and Côte d’Ivoire in Ethiopia. The event is further endorsed by the U.S. Mission to the African Union, with the kind support of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Other key partners include DCT Entertainment, Ethiopian Airlines (Official Airline), and Skylight Hotel (Official Hotel).
This year’s theme, “Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through and Beyond Reparations,” is inspired by the African Union’s 2025 theme.
