President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday, 28th February 2025, warmly received Morotoluwa Ojomo, the Nigerian-born Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles, at the State House in Abuja, Nigeria.

Ojomo, who has made history as a standout athlete in the National Football League (NFL), was accompanied by Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM). His visit marks a significant moment of recognition for Nigerians excelling on the global stage, particularly in American football, a sport where African representation continues to grow.
